How to reach us
- General and account questions: support@domainoverseer.com
- Security reports: security@domainoverseer.com
Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 17:00 Pacific Time
We do not publish a guaranteed response time, because we will not promise one we cannot yet meet. Messages sent outside those hours are answered on the next working day.
What to include
The workspace name, the domain involved if there is one, what you expected to see, and what you saw instead. If an error showed a reference code, send that as well. It lets us find the exact request in our logs without you sending screenshots of your data.
Questions that come up most
A provider says it is connected, but a tab is still empty.
Connecting a provider and mapping a resource are separate steps. Open Integrations, find the connection, and check that the domain has a zone, project, or property mapped to it. A tab with nothing mapped says so rather than showing zeros.
A metric shows unavailable rather than a number.
That means the connected provider did not expose the dataset for your account or their plan. Changing your DomainOverseer plan cannot unlock it, which is why no upgrade is offered on those states.
A domain shows limited coverage even though the site is fine.
Limited coverage means there is no current evidence, not that something failed. It clears once availability, name resolution, and certificate checks have all run recently.
Search Console stopped updating.
Google refresh tokens for some scopes expire while an application is still in testing, and an authorization can also be revoked from your Google account. The integrations page shows the connection as needing to be reconnected when that happens.
My sign-in link expired.
Links work once and expire after 15 minutes. Request a new one from the sign-in page. If the link never arrives at all, check whether your mail provider is filtering it before writing to us.
I need to move a workspace to someone else.
The owner can transfer ownership from the Team page. It requires recent authentication and a typed confirmation, and the person receiving it must be an existing active member who does not already own a workspace.
