Your provider plans still apply
DomainOverseer can only read what a connected provider exposes for your account. Some Cloudflare bot and security data is gated by their plan, Vercel Web Analytics needs instrumentation on each site, and Gmail label counts require a label you create and map. Where a provider does not expose something, we say so rather than showing a zero.
Questions about billing
What happens if I go over my domain limit?
Nothing is deleted. Domains beyond the limit move to a clearly explained paused state and you choose which ones stay active. Their stored history ages out under the retention policy for the plan you are on.
How do plan changes take effect?
Moving to a larger plan, or from monthly to annual, takes effect once the prorated invoice is paid. Moving to a smaller plan, or from annual to monthly, is scheduled for the end of the period you have already paid for. There is no mid-period refund.
What happens if a payment fails?
You keep your paid features for seven days while we retry, with a clear banner and an email. After that, everything you have collected stays visible and readable, but paid syncing, alerts, exports, and new invitations pause until billing is sorted out.
Do provider limits still apply?
Yes. If a connected provider does not expose a dataset for your account or their plan, DomainOverseer says so plainly. Changing your DomainOverseer plan cannot unlock something the provider does not offer, and we never suggest that it can.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have paid for. You can export your data at any time, on any plan, and delete the workspace whenever you want.
How many workspaces can I have?
Prices are per workspace, and version 1 gives each person one owned workspace. You can be invited into other people workspaces as an admin, analyst, or viewer without that counting against you.
