Export and deletion
Your data is yours. Here is how to take a copy, revoke access, or remove it entirely.

Export your data
Workspace owners can export from Reports in the application. The export is available on every plan, including Free, and is not a paid analytics feature.
It contains:
- Domains, tags, and notes
- Provider mappings, without any credential
- Normalized measurements within your plan retention
- Signals and their incident history
- Alert rules
- Membership and audit summaries
It deliberately excludes access tokens, refresh tokens, webhook secrets, sign-in tokens, session cookies, and full payment provider objects, because exporting those would create a new place for them to leak.
Disconnect one provider
Open Integrations, choose the connection, and disconnect it. That deletes the stored credentials and, where the provider supports it, revokes the token on their side. You choose whether the normalized history collected through that connection is kept or removed.
Revoke Google access directly
You can revoke our access from your own Google account at any time, without signing in to DomainOverseer, atmyaccount.google.com/permissions. Revoking there stops all future reads immediately. To also remove what we already hold, disconnect the provider in DomainOverseer or delete the workspace.
Delete a workspace
Workspace owners can delete from Settings. It requires recent authentication and a typed confirmation, because it cannot be undone.
What happens, in order:
- The workspace is immediately restricted. Sessions end, provider credentials are revoked, and no further collection runs.
- You receive an on-screen receipt with a reference code, and a confirmation email.
- If a paid subscription could still renew, we cancel it and wait for the payment provider to confirm. We do not delete your data while a subscription could still charge you, and we do not treat our own redirect as confirmation.
- Once cancellation is confirmed, domains, mappings, measurements, mail information, alerts, reports, and stored export files are deleted.
- You receive a completion email.
We retain only the minimum billing records the law requires, plus a non-sensitive record that the deletion happened so a late payment notification can be matched and safely ignored. That record holds no profile, domain, provider, or measurement data.
Deleting your account
Deleting a workspace does not delete your personal account, because you may be a member of workspaces other people own. To remove the account itself, write tosupport@domainoverseer.com from the address on the account and we will confirm before acting.
Timing
Disconnection and restriction are immediate. Full deletion completes within 30 days, and usually much sooner. The only thing that delays it is waiting for a payment provider to confirm a cancellation, and we email you if that happens.
Questions
Write to support@domainoverseer.com. If you have a deletion reference code, include it and we can look up the status without asking you for anything else.
