Subprocessors
The providers that run underneath DomainOverseer, and exactly what each one handles.

Infrastructure and processing
| Provider | Purpose | Data involved |
|---|---|---|
| Vercel | Application hosting, serverless functions, scheduled jobs, and first-party product analytics. | Requests to domainoverseer.com, route templates for authenticated pages, and generated report files in private storage. |
| Neon | The Postgres database that stores all workspace data. | Accounts, workspaces, domains, encrypted provider credentials, normalized measurements, signals, and billing references. |
| Stripe | Payment processing, hosted checkout, and subscription management. | Billing contact details and payment information, held by Stripe. Card details never reach DomainOverseer servers. |
| Resend | Transactional email delivery. | Recipient address and message content for sign-in links, invitations, security notices, alerts, and briefs. |
| Cloudflare | Authoritative DNS for domainoverseer.com and the Turnstile challenge on abuse-prone forms. | Challenge tokens and the hostname a challenge was solved on. |
Providers you connect
These are not our subprocessors. You authorize them directly, we hold only the read-only credential you granted, and you can revoke that at any time from your own account or from the integrations page.
- Cloudflare, for zone, DNS, analytics, security, and Email Routing reads.
- Vercel, for project, domain, deployment, and Web Analytics reads.
- Google Search Console and Google Analytics, for read-only reporting.
- Gmail, for label counts only, when a workspace enables it.
Changes
If we add a subprocessor that handles workspace data, we will update this page and email workspace owners before it begins processing.
